hello everyone
i have a problem with my mic. it is a behringer ultravoice xm8500. it does work, however, it is not as loud as it was in all the youtube reviews and when im talking to my friends online they say its making a loud hissing noise for about 10 seconds every minute or so. they say its the microphone but i just got it a few days ago and i would be extremely unhappy if amazon sent me a broken item! but i think it might be a fixable problem so if anyone can help, please do.
i know nothing about audio so please phrase your answers so that i can understand,
any help?
